Welcome to our spacious private villa in Hyderabad, a thoughtfully designed 6-bedroom home created for families, friends, couples, & celebrations alike. With a private pool, terrace spaces, indoor games, & warm hospitality, this home blends relaxed luxury with the ease of a lived-in space. Living Areas Step inside and discover, airy indoor spaces designed for comfort & connection. The main living room on the ground floor features comfortable sofa seating for up to 8 guests, a TV, ceiling fans, & a music system for relaxed evenings or lively gatherings. A second living area on the 2nd floor offers an indoor table tennis setup, making it a fun hangout spot for both adults & children. Dining Area The dining space is located on the ground floor & is seamlessly attached to the main living room. With seating for 8 guests, it’s perfect for shared meals, celebrations, or long conversations over food. Bedrooms The villa offers 6 spacious bedrooms, spread across 3 floors for privacy & comfort. Bedroom 1: Ground Floor Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4: First Floor Bedrooms 5 & 6: Second Floor Each bedroom features a king-sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fans, wardrobes, & attached bathrooms. Designed for restful sleep, all rooms comfortably accommodate two guests, with extra mattresses available if required. The layout works equally well for families, groups of friends, & couples traveling together. Bathrooms All six bedrooms have attached bathrooms equipped with geysers for hot water, jet sprays, showers, fresh towels, & common-dispenser toiletries. The bathrooms are clean, functional, & designed for everyday comfort. Food & Dinning A basic kitchen with essential utensils, induction, microwave, etc. If gas stove and gas is needed, we can arrange at extra cost for gas per day use. Also, food arrangements are flexible & stress-free. Guests can order food from nearby restaurants Guests can book a professional chef through Coox. If guests require utensils for professional chef-level cooking, they must arrange these at their own cost. We can provide contacts or vendors to help guests arrange the necessary utensils. Outdoor Spaces Private Swimming Pool Step outside to your private 5 feet outdoor pool, available for use at all times. The pool features lighting, a filtration system, & a separate kids’ pool, making it safe & enjoyable for all age groups. Pool maintenance is handled by our caretaker and is maintained regularly. Bonfire & Barbecue Enjoy cool evenings with a bonfire setup & barbecue kit, perfect for relaxed nights, celebrations, or casual get-togethers. These outdoor experiences add warmth & charm to your stay. Events, parties, birthdays, weddings, photoshoots, corporate gatherings, or any large gathering are not included and will be charged separately based on guest count, setup, and duration. Please contact the host before booking any event. Unauthorized events may result in extra charges or cancellation of the booking. Event setup photos shown in the listing are only for reference and are not included in a standard stay. Things to Keep in Mind / Key Notes • Check-in time: 03:00 PM - Check-out time: 11:00 AM • Swimming pool usage is always allowed • Power backup is available with separate inverter systems on each floor • ACs are available in all bedrooms only • Wi-Fi is available throughout the property • CCTV cameras in common outdoor areas for safety • Small pets are allowed, but guests must bring their own pet essentials & take full responsibility House Rules • Smoking is allowed only outdoors, strictly not allowed indoors • Alcohol is permitted is & strictly as per the Telangana state excise regulations Act. • Pets are allowed (small pets only) with full guest responsibility • The home is suitable for families, children, unmarried couples, & stag groups (male and female) • Please treat the home with care & respect the space. Pool Rules – For Your Safety & Enjoyment • No lifeguard on duty – Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, including in the kids' pool. • Rinse feet before entering to remove sand/dirt. • No glass near the pool – plastic cups only. Breakage incurs a cleaning fee. • No diving or rough play – pool depth is 5 ft; jumping/diving not permitted. • Do not use indoor towels at the pool. • No food in the pool. • Drink responsibly – alcohol and swimming don't mix. • Emergency: Call the caretaker immediately.
